Sugar. It is found in almost everything in the Standard American Diet (SAD). The average person today consumes about 130 lbs of sugar per year. So it becomes pretty easy to see why people are suffering from obesity, depression, anxiety, diabetes and are at a disadvantage to take charge of their vitality. There are many healthy alternatives to sugar, and no, that NOT mean Splenda or Equal.
