Water. Thinking beyond hydration.

Most of us are aware of the importance of drinking water yet struggle to get enough.

Getting your daily requirement of water helps your organs function, keeps your skin clear and hydrated, and allows physical action in your body to flow smoothly. Keep a bottle of water accessible throughout the day, whether you’re on the go or sitting at a desk. Having water close by will remind you to take a sip when thirsty. The first sip of water will usually let you know how much you need. If you have most of your water before early evening, the possibility of interrupted sleep will not be an issue because you will not crave a big glass before bed.

If you are drinking tap, you are exposing yourself to chemicals and toxins left behind by public water treatment, some of them known to be carcinogen. And even if you are drinking alkaline filtered water, you are likely still bathing and cooking with tap absorbing chemicals and toxins through your skin or your food.

The best way to ensure the quality not only in taste but health benefits is by filtering your water supply. A whole house water purification system is a need to protect your health. Water all over the country is testing with elevated levels of nitrates, a cancer causing chemical resulting from common fertilizers that has been seeping into the ground at water levels and contaminating the water we drink. Our public water treatments eradicate bacteria and certain contaminants however NOT nitrates. The taste and quality of your water impacts your level of hydration, your skin texture, your hair texture, tooth decay prevention and cancer prevention.

It is key is that you like the taste of the water you are drinking, and the water you drink should agree with your body and enhace your health.
